Debugg mechanism (help) link not working

<p><strong>Reproduction steps: </strong>when i click on (help) for more info about debug mechanism it opens web browser but with main home page kaspersky.com no word about debugg mechanism.</p>
<p><strong>Actual result: </strong>opens web browser with home page kaspersky.com</p>

<p>If it's possible please use another filehoster for traces as We Transfer banned all the russian IP's. It'd be better if devs can get access to your files faster and without any problems.</p>
