Quite stable RC, but still had the previous issues with registry key avp.exe (had to delete manually in Win10 Safe Mode, and then overwriting this RC in normal mode) :)

I've not tried out MR6 yet. Is it still based on Microsoft .NET 5 or on .NET 6 already, because .NET 5 will reach the end of support on May 8, 2022. MR5 is based on .NET 5 yet.

Thx for the answer, @dimakor83. Then I hope KL will switch to .NET 6 as soon as possbile 'cause the clock is ticking.

.NET Desktop Runtime 5

Platform version .NET Desktop Runtime 5.0.10. This version of the platform is installed together with Kaspersky Lab applications 21.6. Despite this, no one forbids installing or updating the .NET Desktop Runtime to version 5.0.16, which was released quite recently.

Now consider such a thing as "support". Software support is the further development of the current version of the program in order to close software vulnerabilities, improve software stability and improve compatibility with other software. Unfortunately, modules written in .NET Runtime 5 will not be able to run and run in .NET Runtime 6 and above. However, the end of support for .NET Runtime 5 will not affect the launch and operation of Kaspersky 21.6 modules written on the .NET Runtime version 5 platform.
