Kaspersky\VPN\KSOS 21.6.1.171

  • Hello!

A new beta build is available.

You can download the distribution kit by the link:

    Kaspersky — Download

    VPN — Download

    KSOS — Download

To test the application, activate the license embedded in the distribution kit.

You should only use the beta build with this license provided for testing.

If you use your existing commercial license to activate the beta version of the application, the term of the license spent on the beta-testing will not be compensated.

There will be no auto-update to this build. It can be downloaded from forum only.

    Know issues:

    • In this build login button in VPN doesn't work, but you can transfer your MyKaspersky account from your Kaspersky Plus (not trial code, but account). It's already fixed in 21.6.2.*
    • "Not translated" can be found.
    • Icons are invisible in settings

    Useful info:

    • DRV  verifiers are turn off by default now. App - are ON!
    • Kaspersky is presented in three tiers: Basic, Standard, Plus
    • To activate the trial beta key on the screen with a proposal to enter My Kaspersky, click "Skip"
  • I updated to this new beta this morning, overwriting the previous one, and pretty stable so far, no dumps :)

Ok, after checking for some hours this new beta, still there 2 issues that I already reported for previous build MR5:

    Those 2 bugs still there...

  • @harlan4096

Are the issues still present in version 21.5.11.384 with patch b installed?

    https://dnl-01.geo.kaspersky.com/updates/bin/kav21/mr5/

  • For now, I only got Patch A, but yes, these issues are also present in MR5 stable Patch A...

  • Alrighty. Thx for the info.

Normally, it takes a couple of days until patch b is available cause it's distributed in a staggered process... as usual.

  • But I doubt they will be fixed with Patch B, since the new MR6 beta also have them...

Hello! please pay attention, that bugs are in "open" states, they are not fixed in any version. As they will be fixed, status changes and you see fix in new builds, or patches.

    Thanks!

I know, They are still open, that's why still not fixed neither in  MR5 nor in MR6 beta, I was just replying @Helios and just pointing some thoughts about this new MR6 beta :)
