Reproduction steps:
Installation KES11.8 on Windows Server 2016 with KSC Installation-Task
Actual result:
After Installation a Reboot Request with multiple Popups was requestet
Expected Result:
No Reboot requiered on Servers
System Settings
Operating system: Win 2k16
System: ESXi, 6.7.0, 2 Cores, 8 GB, 60GB HDD

Hello! It's hard to understand situation without traces and more info. In general it's normal behavior. In installation task there should be option "restart or not after installation" also, restart needed after microsoft defender was deleted while installation, or may be you install new build over old...
