Unable to download .net Framework

<p><strong>Reproduction steps: </strong>When the installation is at the installing Privacy section. The installation want’s to download .net Framework. The installation is unable to download .net Framework.</p>

<p>Windows 11 <strong>21H2</strong> build 22000.xxx is supported.</p>

<p>Windows 11 21H2 not H1, my mistake. Ver. 22000.318. I have already restored my VM to its' original state. I will try running it on my Windows 10 VM instead.</p>
