<p><strong>Compatibility+Miscellaneous setting on in app verifier for ksde.exe+ksdeui.exe</strong></p>
<p><strong>Reproduction steps:</strong></p>

<li><span>I turned on the settings in app verifier for ksde.exe and ksdeui.exe</span></li>
<li><span>i started KSDE from the desktop and got those 2 gui dumps</span></li>
