<p><strong>KIS 20.0.0.318 de app + drv verifier enabled</strong></p>
<p><strong>Reproduction steps:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li><span>Open network monitor</span></li>
<li><span>go to open ports</span></li>
<li><span>rightclick on Kaspersky Anti-Virus(one of the open ports) -> Networkrules for the Programm</span></li>
<li><span>Now you can change all the Application Controll rules for Kaspersky Anti-Virus</span></li>
</ol>

<p><span>You can change the rules for Kaspersky Anti-Virus</span></p>
<p><strong>Expected Result:</strong></p>
<p><span>You shouldnt be able to change the rules since you cant access them through application controll</span></p>

<p><span>I considered this a bug since the rules arent accessible over application controll.</span></p>
