Some item leftover in Trusted Application if you change "exclude rule" for any applicaitons in application control

<p>Maybe this case is not a bug, maybe it is only a suggestion. Is it by design?</p>
<p><strong>Reproduction steps:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li><span>Try to create a exclusion rule for any application in application control, such as notepad.exe.</span></li>
<li><span>The exclude situation will be synchronized to "Settings --> Treats and Exclusions--> Specify trusted applications".</span></li>
<li><span>If I clear all exclusion rule for notepad.exe. Logically, the exclusion rules created in "Specify trusted applications" that are synchronized should be removed. </span></li>

<p><strong>Actual result:</strong></p>
<p><span>Exclusion rule leftover in “Specify trusted applications”.</span></p>
<p><strong>Expected Result:</strong></p>
<p><span>Exclusion rule could be remove automatically. It could be deleted via reseting rule. </span></p>
