Шаги воспроизведения:
Включить интерактивный режим. Переподключиться к сети или удалить подключенную сеть в компоненте "Сетевой экран", последует запрос про доверие к сети. Нажать в окне запроса по кнопке справки.
Актуальный результат:
Ссылка на справку будет на страницу с ошибкой 404:

Ожидаемый результат:
Нет ошибки.
