#3036 'List is empty' always display in the 'Run at startup' in Application Activity window after reboot pc

Reproduction steps:
- Reboot PC
- Main GUI --> More tools --> Manange applications --> Application Control --> Show all activity --> Run at startup.
Actual result:
Display "List is empty" when first enter in 'Run at startup' tab. After close the window and reopen it, it could display items correctly.
Expected Result:
Display items at first time.
