Шаги воспроизведения:
Запустить KSeC
Поводить мышкой возле значков
Развернуть панель и также поводить курсором
Актуальный результат:
Всплывающие подсказки показываются всё время:
Ожидаемый результат:
Всплывающие подсказки будут показывать только при свернутой панели, т.к. при развернутой надписи итак видны, нет смысла дублировать.
