    Can you increase the upload speed of https://cloud.qainfo.ru/ in China, my ISP is the provider of China's export bandwidth, but my upload and download speeds are very slow, and the upload speed is always 80KB / S. The download speed has always been 10KB / S. For a trace, it is usually larger than 100MB. This makes my upload very difficult, and it is very easy to fail halfway. Although I currently use a temporary network disk with foreign nodes, The files uploaded on this network disk are time-limited, and the files will be deleted after 7 days. If the staff of Kaspersky Lab started to request traces after 7 days, my original files may have been deleted at this time. Had to make me need to re-collect new traces. And in China, other network disks have download speed limitations, so I don't want you to spend too much time downloading traces.

    But I found if there is anything I want to say about the patch, I mean, not every reply under that topic should be a bug report

    the reply will still be cosidered a bug report and will be tranferred to the internal tracking system.

    Can you give us a chance to post general discuss under the topic?  Add a button 'POST A DISCUSSION' beside the 'REPORT A PROBLEM' would be better. Because in the future when 2020 come out, there will be lots of None-bug report reply. A reply from POST A DISCUSSION will not be record in the tracking system.

    Sometimes i have a message with "Oppps, there is a problem". This happened sometimes when i try to answer to your post. Then i have a red circle. When i click on it, it shows me the old message. not till then, i can click submit and the old text showing.

    We fixed this problem.

    Is this img.exe the only way to upload image from local to screenshot host? Looks like I can not upload pictures directly using my broswer. Therefore I cannot even add an arrow in my image.

    Will the forum allow attachments in the future may I ask? Honestly I consider it a vital function.tongue-out

    I know about the problem with Redmain, since it is the backend of our form, it is not a critical problem.

    Pictures and files need to be downloaded to an external source, now I do not have a large amount of storage for storing files.
