About BETA keys. Beta version of product has included keys, so you do not need enter key, just click "Use trial version" and beta key is activated automatically. 
We give keys for release products to best testers. So, if you will one of the best tester in the end of this test season, i think you will have great chance to receive keys for release product. 
About difficulties with connection: I am so sorry that you have this problem, i will transfer you problem to Admin of forum.

Is this img.exe the only way to upload image from local to screenshot host? Looks like I can not upload pictures directly using my broswer. Therefore I cannot even add an arrow in my image.

I do not exclude that in the future we will make it possible to upload images to the forum. Now there is no resources for this.
img.qainfo.ru - not the only way you can use it. You can use any screenshot, and to upload an image to a post, you need to insert a direct link to it "http://someurl.com/img.[png,jpg,gif]."

But I found if there is anything I want to say about the patch, I mean, not every reply under that topic should be a bug report
the reply will still be cosidered a bug report and will be tranferred to the internal tracking system.
Can you give us a chance to post general discuss under the topic? Add a button 'POST A DISCUSSION' beside the 'REPORT A PROBLEM' would be better. Because in the future when 2020 come out, there will be lots of None-bug report reply. A reply from POST A DISCUSSION will not be record in the tracking system.

Although I currently use a temporary network disk with foreign nodes, The files uploaded on this network disk are time-limited, and the files will be deleted after 7 days. If the staff of Kaspersky Lab started to request traces after 7 days, my original files may have been deleted at this time. Had to make me need to re-collect new traces. And in China, other network disks have download speed limitations, so I don't want you to spend too much time downloading traces.
