Bug showing Traffic Exclusion in Application Control

<p><span>This bug from K2021MR2 is still present in this K2021MR3 build:</span></p>
<p><span></span></p>
<p><span>Go to Application Control settings -> Mange Applications, open any application rules and create an exclusion for scan all traffic.</span></p>

<p><strong>Actual result:</strong></p>
<p><span></span></p>
<p><span>Setting an exclusion for Scan all traffic in Application Control is not saved correctly and after re visited the settings is showing always an exclusion for scan encrypted traffic...</span></p>

<p><span>The Exclusion is not showed correctly via Application Control rules, but it is showed correctly if We go to Settings -> Threats & Exclusions -> Specify Trusted Applications...</span></p>

<p>The issue is still there in the recent update 21.3.3.142...</p>
