Hello! do you use virtual pc ? it can cause such problems (i had them too), but if you install product on real PC - it should work fine!

<p>Hello, I am indeed using a virtual machine for testing, but since the test cannot be reproduced in my physical machine, I think this question should not be reproduced in the physical machine. Thank you for your reply!</p>
