Kaspersky Protection add-on does not work in Chrome & Edge Chromium (again)

<p><strong>Reproduction steps:</strong></p>
<p><span>No special steps to reproduce, just install new version and open the browsers Chrome and/or Edge Chromium. The system has been restarted several times and powered shutdown and started and still getting the same issue.</span></p>

<p><strong>Actual result:</strong></p>
<p><span>In both browsers Kaspersky Protection add-on is installed, but still I'm getting warning notifications I have to install it, also the add-on does not work...</span></p>
