    Windows 10 Pro Build 19041 EN All update KTS EN Application Verifier and Driver Verifier ON

    Reproduction steps:

    1. Run Update Anti-Virus->Full Scan->Quick Scan->Scan from Context Menu->Idle Scan->Vulnerability Scan
    2. Run 350 can from Context Menu.

    Actual result:

    Product crashes after launch 351 task Scan from Context Menu.

    Expected Result: 

    Product and works.
