GUI Crash + Dump while changing FileAV settings

Reproduction steps:

Opened FileAV Settings -> went to Scan files of Microsoft Office setting and got a crash...

How come? I just reproduced again the same GUI crash! sending again the dumps via the integrated sending of the product...
