Reproduction steps:

Open Notification settings.

Actual result:

There are 3 separate similar configurations. That's too much!

Expected Result:

You see only one checkbox "get some promos/AD/special offers notifications", but not the 3!

There is also ticket in Support for KTS 2020, but in 2021 it is also relevant: INC000011515640
