#2277 Product does not loading after disable and enable system.

    Windows 10 Pro Build 19041 EN All update KTS 21.0.44.1537 RC EN

    Reproduction steps:

    1. Install Kaspersky Total Security.
    2. Unloading product.
    3. Full Disable and Enable (Not restart).

    Actual result:

    After full disable and enable system product does not loading.

    Expected Result:

    Product loading in normal mode.

    Additions:
