Вернуть в главное окно удобный переход в Центр уведомлений

<p><span></span>открыть главное окно KSOS</p>
<p><strong>Актуальный результат:</strong></p>
<p><span></span>сейчас чтоб перейти в центр уведомлений надо целиться строго в кнопку "подробнее"</p>
<p><strong>Ожидаемый результат:</strong></p>
<p><span></span>в 18.0 версии и ранее было удобнее, когда переходить в центр уведомлений можно было нажав на любое место "шапки" главного окна</p>
