Let me choose Parental control or Safe Kids

<p><strong>Reproduction steps: </strong>Tried find how to let me choose between parental control and safe kids (nothing found) only if i want must download and install safe kids (<span style="text-decoration: underline;">i dont want</span> this).</p>

<p><strong>Actual result: </strong>Dont have parental control, but offers safe kids installation.</p>

<p><strong>Expected Result: </strong>Choosing between parental control and safe kids. Which one i want use.</p>
