#2242 Let me choose Parental control or Safe Kids

Reproduction steps: Tried find how to let me choose between parental control and safe kids (nothing found) only if i want must download and install safe kids (i dont want this).

Actual result: Dont have parental control, but offers safe kids installation.

Expected Result: Choosing between parental control and safe kids. Which one i want use.
