Because Windows 10 automatically turns on the "Quick Start" function for users, the shutdown and startup of users is no longer our traditional restart. Of course, this has also caused many users to successfully download and install patches, but this the patch has not taken effect. For this reason, I hope to add a small reminder to the 2021 version to remind users that restarting can take effect on a new patch, so that users can get a better experience and a more secure environment in a timely manner.

Hello, I personally feel that this is not enough, and the premise of the prompt is that the system has not been restarted within seven days (I do n’t know the restart here) Does it mean to shut down and restart or directly restart the computer, but I never seem to encounter this prompt). I have encountered many people whose patch version is 2 to 3 versions away from the current release version, so I think it is necessary to add a hint.
