Certificate Verification issue in Safe Money + AdGuard 7.3

Reproduction steps:
having installed KTS2021 b37.1270, install AdGuard Desktop 7.3, and open a site in Safe Money + FireFox 72.
Actual result:
Got a certificate verification problem (see attached screen-shots).

Same error with KTS 2020 (g) and adguard v7.3.

Their forum provided this workaround: enabling "User redirect driver Mode" in AdGuard Desktop Advanced Settings...
Our advise do not use third party software with our product -)
I know, but current Kaspersky Anti-Banner module and performance is far from matching AdGuard performance, settings and customization, that's the reality
