    Windows 10 Pro Build 18363  EN All update KTS 21.0.33.1168 EN Safe Mode

    Reproduction steps:

    1. Lunched system in Safe Mode.
    2. Lunched product.
    3. Click Settings->Additional->Self-Defense.
    4. Shoot check box.

    Actual result:

    After shoot check box product crashes.

    Expected Result:

    Disable self-defense without crashes.
