#1967 support tools - delete all reports....

Reproduction steps:
go to "support tools" and click on "delete all reports..."
Actual result:
the reports/traces are not deleted
Expected Result:
it is working fine
This happened on german KSOS and KTS. I can not add traces, they must stopped, when i want to delete it.
