      <p><strong>Update:</strong> I think just found the issues and it is fixed now, it seems the issue was because I had about 3 obsolete (expired date) Kaspersky entries in Windows Certificates repository -> in Trusted Publishers tab, They were from 2015, 2017 and 2018, I removed them all manually, re enabled FireWall component and no more issues surfing with browsers, I also reboot the system and it seems that workaround is working...</p>

      <p>Don't know which build installed those obsolete entries in Certificates, if previous one or this one... but I don't know why those 3 expired entries were there, of course I did not run in this system such obsolete versions K2015, K2017 & K2017 <img src="/plugins/nodebb-plugin-composer-kl/vendor/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-undecided.gif" alt="undecided" /></p>
