    Standard Browser: Firefox

    FAILURE_ID_HASH_STRING: um:null_pointer_read_avrf_c0000005_shell_service.dll!unknown

    Reproduction steps:

    Run avp.com start Scan_quarantine in command prompt from Kaspersky folder -> dump was created.

    Actual result:

    dump was created

    Expected Result:

    exception gets handled no dump.

    EDIT: Removed the wrong assumption that quarantine needs to be empty
