#1833 Gui unresponsive/unusable

Windows 10 x64 18362.449
KTS 21.0.29.1036 app+drv ver. off / debugging feature deactivated
Reproduction steps:
- i opened the gui -> additional-> application control-> TAM -> click on activate
- closed the KTS GUI
- watched a series for around 30min+- in Firefox
- tried to open the gui to see the progress of the TAM scan
- KTS gui doesnt respond in any way not over the task icon in the bottom right with left or right click and no resopnse when i try to open it over the desktop shortcut.
Symptoms:
- avpui.exe still running but with a RAM usage(118MB -RAM) like a GUI-Window would be open compared to the less or around 10MB-RAM when its closed/no KTS-GUI opened
- Taskmanager shows avpui.exe as active/running
- Killed avpui.exe , avpui.exe didnt restart
- avpui.exe started over desktop shortcut closed immediatly had to kill avp.exe too and restart KTS
