#1820 crash when i run a full scan

    Windows 10 x64 18362.418

    KTS 21.0.29.1036 app+drv ver. off / debugging feature deactivated

    Reproduction steps:

    despite the debugging feature being disabled i still get the breakpoint dumps/KTS crashing when i run a full scan.

    Actual result:

    KTS crashes

    Expected Result:

    no crash

    EDIT: i get those breakpoint dumps quit alot.
