Hello! I've checked it on release-type build, there is no big fluctuations in CPU usage.
Can you turn off all verifies and try to collect xperf traces ?
Also, please, if you want to collect our traces you need to switch them, then restart product. Developers very often need traces from product start - it shows a lot of info about situation, not only moment when problem occurred. Thanks! -
