Developers say it seem like your network problems. Is it still reproduced?
I will add my answer. When my update fails, I will change the update source address to http://dnl-07.geo.kaspersky.com, and then update, the application will prompt me to update successfully after the update is over. Similar problems have even seriously affected the 2020 version, and this is not a problem that I am alone.

Can you reproduce problem and gather WireShark traces with our product's traces ?
also, do you use any vpn or another services to connect Internet ?
Hello, I just re-tested, the application's default update source address is replaced with an address starting with S, and can be successfully updated. But it is not the source of previous test updates.
