Шаги воспроизведения:
установить faststone image viewer 7,3 и дождаться появления уведомления, что вышла версия 7,4
Актуальный результат:
KTS не может обновить программу
Ожидаемый результат:
KTS обновит программу.

да. проблема актуальна для adobe reader dc, teamviewer, faststone image viewer.

тут были роблемы с сервером программы:
