<p>Hello, my connection with KSN is definitely normal, because I can see the reputation status of the application, and I also checked that there is no connection lost with KSN, you may be able to download the Chinese version of the application and check it out.</p> -

<p>I can not reproduce the problem with zh-Hans-CN version build in my environment.</p>
<p>Please recheck on different PC or network environment, upload screenshot and traces to ownCloud if you stable repro.</p> -

<p>@huang1111, problem fixed for Chrome. You had revealed problem with file hashes. Our colleges from KSN trying to solve it for such cases in future.</p>
