<li>Run Google Chrome.</li>
<li>Install plugin FastProxy</li>
<li>Open web site vk.com and eap.kaspersky.com</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Actual result:</strong></p>
<p>Sites vk.com and eap.kaspersky.com complete with error ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED.</p>
<p><strong>Expected Result:</strong></p>
<p>Site vk.com and eap.kaspersky.com loading in normal mode.</p>
<p><strong>Additional:</strong></p>
<p>Bug reproduction with plugin FastProxy a after disable Encrypted Connection Scanning sites loading normal.</p>
