Reproduction steps:
I was doing something in Firefox, specifically i tried to login on udemy.com when i typed in the password everything froze then the message poped up about a failed attempt to write a dump, i created a dump from the avp.exe process like the message asked. This is the dump, sadly i had traces turned off during that.
