Hello! We are looking for an ova image of VM, where the compatibility issue between KAVKIS 19 (release) version and Avast is reproduced (scenario is placed below). We will be grateful for the help!

Steps:

Install Avast and use it for several minutes (update, restart, settings ...)

Run the installation of our product 19 version (Avast must be identified as incompatible software)

Remove Avast

Wait until the end of the installation of our product.

Actual result:

Product not installed

Expected Result:

Product installed

Hello! Please, excuse me for bad explanations. We need Virtual machine only if you can reproduce dump and crashes of our product, Other situations don't need VM PC. As I can understand - in your case our product had installed successfully with avast without dump, what we are looking for,

I was surprised, that avast was not treated as a stopper for installation, so I had asked you to send traces of installation. Now I see - it's global situation, that we are installed normally with Avast. It's a question for product managers and analytics now.
