Private Browsing disabled

<p><span></span>After install KTS and restart the computer, the Private Browsing module is enabled, but the icon in the Browser is disabled.</p>
<p>To fix it, disable and enable Private Browsing in the KTS module.</p>

<p>In my side, The default behavior is just link this when I go to Network settings of product settings to install browsers plugin. Is this similar to you?</p>
