    Windows 10 Pro Build 18362  EN All update KTS EN Safe Mode

    Reproduction steps:

    1. Click to Control Panel.
    2. Run uninstall.

    Actual result:

    When trying uninstall product coming out error 2318.

    Expected Result:

    Uninstall product completed successfully.

    There is only MSI log, you have provided. 

    We can see string "DEBUG: Error 2318: File does not exist: C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.0\7463651b784041504d1b7e5446455047465e4c15745b415c18635c4740461b7779784041504d" - It only shows, that Microsoft Uninstaller fails with attempt to delete this file. But we don't know how (and by whom) it was deleted. MSI logs cannot show it. 

    Do you have ideas how file can go missing? Or may be you can reproduce whole cycle: installation and uninstallation with KTS logs all over the way ?
