#1164 Crashes product in time Scan objects

    Windows 10 Pro Build 18362  EN All update KTS EN Application Verifier and Driver Verifier ON

    Reproduction steps:

    1. Run Full Scan->Quick Scan->Selective Scan->Run update anti-virus singnature-More Tools->Software Update->Trusted Applications mode->Vulnerability Scan->PC Cleaner->Unsed Data Cleaner->Privacy Cleaner. 

    Actual result:

    In time scan progress product crashes.

    Expected Result:

    Scan complete successfully.
