program GUI process fail to load and write dumps

<p><strong>Reproduction steps:</strong></p>
<p><span></span>After I got bsod caused by klhk, I found my avp GUI can not load. </p>
<p><strong>Actual result:</strong></p>
<p><span></span>There is no way to open avpui and dumps are write</p>
<p><strong>Expected Result:</strong></p>
<p><span></span>GUI loaded without error at OS srart up or manual open kaspersky</p>

<p>Windows10 RS4 17134.112 x64</p>
<p>KTS19.0.0.1088(b)</p>
<p> Now I am unable to use kasersky from GUI. However, avp service is functoning normally, it fight malware in background and start with OS. I just can not open avp GUI.</p>
<p>Maybe it is caused by previously BSOD, for unknown reason some key file or registry are damaged.</p>
<p></p>
<p>Here are dumps, unluckly traces are not enabled when it happened and now I can not enable it without GUI.</p>

<p>I am willing to help, but It only happened once after I treid to reproduce the bsod several times.</p>
<p>After the bsod already fixed, I can not reproduce it. Now patch B running fine in my environment.</p>
