Letter b in Patch a?

Reproduction steps:
I added yesterday the beta server to my KTS2020RC 20.0.14.1085 and after some udpates today getting "Failed" n every update today finally updated stopped getting that message...
I have just reboot my system and got Patch b letter...
Actual result:
It's showing Patch b
Expected Result:
Patch a?

There is patch b already on .../test/ap/ server. Do you use this server as update source ?
