#1087 Update process always start with http than at last switch to https

Reproduction steps:
make sure that I have already check ‘only update though https’ than start update
Actual result:
From the update log we can see that avp tried serval http sites to get update package but all failed, at last avp switch to https server.
Expected Result:
avp only try https server when update

@xzz123 Logic is clear. Did not work at HTTP try over HTTPS. But it is permissible (and even more logical) reverse logic, start with HTTPS and if you can not switch to HTTP. Let's see how it will comment on the KL staff in the processing of this bug report
