— AVZ scripts processing;
— Sending of dumps from product's GUI
— devices management and My Kaspersky;
To connect to My Kaspersky You have to create account. From product: Device management -> Connect to My Kaspersky.
Also it's possible to do it straight from My Kaspersky portal.

!|ALWAYS add traces (product's .log files) to report.
choose to save report on my computure
The zip file is created and than quickly disappeared.
The zip file is created succeed and is valid.
I upload traces and reproduce video record. Please take a look.
I tried to save report many times, and not a chance the zip file remained there for more than 1 second.
In the end of the test, I disable traces and save them myself.
- collect traces or dumps.
- Support --> Support Tools --> Send report to Technical Support.
- confirm uncheck Operation system information, check Data received for analysis.
- Select Save report to your computer. I choose to save the report to the Desktop.
- Wait for processing to the end.
You find the zip file was been created in Desktop. But Suddenly disappeared after the process of saving report finished.
zip file should be created correctly, could not be delete.
