    Reproduction steps:

    1. Open GUI general.
    2. Click on Backup and Restore.
    3. Create 25 task with folder Windows.
    4. Run all 25 task.
    5. Completed all 25 task. 

    Actual result:

    All 25 task with error.   

    Expected Result:

    Task completed successfully.

    Reproduction steps:

    1. Open GUI general.
    2. Click on Backup and Restore.
    3. Create 25 task with folder Windows.
    4. Run all 25 task.
    5. Unloading product.

    Actual result:

    Product unloading all process comletely through 32 minutes.   

    Expected Result:

    Product unloading at once.

    Reproduction steps:

    1. Install KTS.
    2. Click on More Tools->Security->Cloud Protection.

    Actual result:

    Product can not connect for servers KSN.

    Expected Result:

    Product successfully connection for KSN.

  • Real system:

    Windows 10 64-bit, Version 1803

    KTS 20.0.0.318 de app + drv verifier disabled

    Reproduction steps:

    I attempted to create a backup of my music folder (5,2gb) on my external harddrive.

    I was configuring everything, then clicked continue to start the backup creation process when the gui crashed and restarted.

    Actual result:

    Backup creation failed.

    Expected Result:

    A backup was created.

  • Reproduction steps:

    open an old backup-file

    Actual result:

    after opening the old backup-file, KLRT is crashing

    Expected Result:

    I can open KLRT without any problems.
