@moisenn Hello! can you please try to reproduce it with new build, that will be available today - 21.22.7.438? if will reproduce, please collect our traces, and specify time of start and finish loading. Or you can use problem recording tool (last option in support window), it will collect traces and record a video, also it will gather system info. Thank you in advance!

Traces are usually placed in C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.21\Traces Turn on traces you may by clicking on headset in the bottom-left corner of main window. then choose "Support tools".
