!|ALWAYS add traces (product's .log files) to report

  • After install KTS and restart the computer, the Private Browsing module is enabled, but the icon in the Browser is disabled.

    To fix it, disable and enable Private Browsing in the KTS module.

  • Reproduction steps:

  • Reproduction steps:

    1.- Just install KTS2021b

    2.- Oen FireFox and enable Kaspersky Protection.

    3.- Open a WebSite and click over KP icon.

    Actual result:

    KP popup opens but remains loading the data and reports of blocking Privacy Browsing and Anti-Banner repots are not shown.

  • Reproduction steps:

    1.- Install KTS2021b.

    2.- Visit with FF or Chrome the URL: https://securelist.com/recent-cloud-atlas-activity/92016/

    3.- The site structure does not load properly, neither images...

    4.- If I set "Do not scan encrypted connections" then the site loads properly.

  • Windows 10 Pro Build 18362 EN All update KTS Google Chrome Version 76.0.3809.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)

    Reproduction steps:

    1. Run Install KTS.
    2. Run Google Chrome.
    3. Install plugin FastProxy
    4. Open web site vk.com and eap.kaspersky.com

    Actual result:

    Sites vk.com and eap.kaspersky.com complete with error ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED.

    Expected Result:

    Site vk.com and eap.kaspersky.com loading in normal mode.


    Bug reproduction with plugin FastProxy a after disable Encrypted Connection Scanning sites loading normal.

  • Reproduction steps:

    Open FireFox, type URL: VirusTotal

    Actual result:

    FF remains waiting... site in blank...

    If I exit KTS2021 from running, then I can access...

    Expected Result:

    Access normally to the URL...
