Hello! we need traces from you. You can find them in *\programdata\Kaspersky lab... files has format *.log . AS I can understand OS boots from usb, but our product doesn't start ?

Hello,Now working good (restart program resolved problem). I tried few times install safe kids and cancel if will be there problem - without problem installer runs now.

It is two time concept: the time when you do the update(in update pane) the time when the database release(in support pane)
