    1. Run Install KTS.
    2. Click Activate trial version of the application.

    Actual result:

    Activate complete with Unknown error.

    Expected Result:

    Activate application without error.

    Reproduction steps:.

    1. Click start->Click to cogwheel.
    2. Click Apps.
    3. Run Uninstall KTS.

    Actual result:

    Product does. not uninstall and complete with error 1404 and 1306.

    Expected Result:

    Product removed.

    Reproduction steps:

    1. Click to Control Panel.
    2. Run uninstall.

    Actual result:

    When trying uninstall product coming out error 2318.

    Expected Result:

    Uninstall product completed successfully.

    1. Run install package in quiet mode with key /s /pPRODUCTTYPE=kts.

    Actual result:

    Product in quiet mode not install in system.

    Expected Result:

    Product install in quiet mode successful.

    1. Click Database Update.
    2. Run Update signature.

    Actual result:

    Product base signature not update complete task witch error Update error Network operation timed out.

    Expected Result:

    Update complete successfully.

    Install the app, click on the activation code, and then click to activate the app trial version.

    Actual result:

    Activation failed, network timed out

    Expected Result:

    Successful activation

  • Kaspersky Security Cloud 21.0.15.544 won't start. It says loading, but it never loads.
